Highlights: The Memories of You glass wall, original refinished maple hardwood floor and Sag slate throughout the foyer area, leading up to the Information Desk and elevator. This space is great for small meetings, small receptions, workshops and lectures with easy access to the Billie Holiday Garden. Eubie Blake Gallery is only available for viewing.
1st floor rents for $200.00 per hour.
This space is ideal for community meetings and art exhibitions.
Seated capacity: 80; Standing capacity: 100.

2nd floor package includes:
Highlights: Original maple hardwood floors and sound barriers surrounding the room. This space is ideal for small concerts, wedding receptions, parties, community meetings, workshops and clinics.
1100 sq. ft. area rents for $250.00 per hour
Capacity: 150 people. Chairs and tables up to 150 people.
All Events must end by 12:00 a.m.
$100.00 Deposit is required per floor to reserve a date.
$100.00 refundable maintenance deposit is required.
$50.00 for each hour you need to set-up your event.
