	A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required for all events. The event is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received. A refundable maintenance deposit is also required: however , may be retained to cover janitorial services.

	All applicants applying for use of the facility must be 25 years of age. Pets other than seeing eye dogs are not permitted.

	Sale of alcoholic beverages whether by the drink or for donation require a temporary license from the Baltimore City Liquor Board in addition to a certificate of insurance.
	The use of open flame candles or open flames is prohibited . Sound levels must be in accordance with the City of Baltimore. Children 12 years old and younger must be supervised by an adult.
